Goryokaku Tower is a smoke-free facility.
Pets are not allowed. (Guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing assistance dogs are allowed.)
Coin-operated lockers
Coin-operated lockers are located on the left-hand side after entering the front entrance of the Goryokaku Tower.

- *The hours of operation of the coin-op lockers follow the business hours of Goryokaku Tower. Coin-op lockers are not accessible after hours.
- *Usage fees are 200 yen for a small locker and 400 yen for a large locker for each use.
- *Additional fees apply for the loss of key.
Customers visiting by private car
Goryokaku Tower does not have parking dedicated for private cars. If you are visiting by private car, please use the pay parking in the vicinity (parking at the Hakodate Performing Arts Center or Hakodate Goryokaku Tourist Parking). We apologize for the inconvenience.
Dedicated parking for tour buses
The parking can accommodate up to 30 tour buses only. We do not take reservations.
