Hoshi no Yume Illumination 〔Ended〕
Hoshi no Yume Illumination is an event where the moat around Goryokaku is illuminated with nearly 2,000 lights to create a star-shaped illumination. Goryokaku is lit daily during the period.

while viewing the fort from the observatory, it will look slightly blue during sunset and black after the sun goes down. Please also note that Goryokaku looks different with or without snow depending on the weather conditions such as snow accumulation.

From Sunset to 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 29, 2020, to Sunday, February 28, 2021.
*Please note that the Goryokaku Tower closed at 7 p.m.
The Goryokaku Tower Atrium is also decorated with illumination lights.
The atrium located on the first level of the Goryokaku Tower is decorated with illumination lights to create a magical atmosphere suitable for the Hoshi no Yume Festival.
Illumination lights at the atrium are lit from 5 p.m. to the end of business day (7 p.m.)
