EARTH HOUR 2026 – Lights Off at Goryokaku Tower 🌌

In support of Earth Hour 2026, organized by WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature), the tower illumination of Goryokaku Tower will be turned off for one hour on Saturday, March 28, from 20:30 to 21:30.

Earth Hour began in 2007 in Sydney as a lights-off event organized by WWF-Australia and its partners to raise awareness about climate change. Since then, it has grown into one of the world’s largest grassroots movements. Held on the last Saturday of March each year, Earth Hour now brings together more than 180 countries and regions, encouraging people around the world to take action for a better future for both people and the planet.
