Goryokaku Tower is a smoke-free facility.
Pets are not allowed. (Guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing assistance dogs are allowed.)
Coin Lockers (with Service Door)
The coin lockers are located immediately to the left after entering the main entrance of Goryokaku Tower.
All lockers are equipped with a service door (small access door), allowing you to take out and put in small items as many times as you like.

- *Coin lockers are available only during Goryokaku Tower's opening hours. Items cannot be retrieved after closing.
- *If the locker key is lost, please notify staff immediately and follow the designated procedure.
A key replacement fee of ¥4,000 will be charged.
Customers visiting by private car
Goryokaku Tower does not have parking dedicated for private cars. If you are visiting by private car, please use the pay parking in the vicinity (parking at the Hakodate Performing Arts Center or Hakodate Goryokaku Tourist Parking). We apologize for the inconvenience.
Dedicated parking for tour buses
The parking can accommodate up to 30 tour buses only. We do not take reservations.
